An insightful, engaging and highly readable book. Justin distils and analyses each aspect of trust and addresses the complex and fragile relationship that exists between brands and consumers. The book is peppered with numerous high level interviews from business leaders that offer a unique perspective on trust and its position in the changing economic landscape. Ultimately, Justin proposes a framework for building trust and suggests a roadmap for brands to regain and build trust in these times of fundamental structural change. I found the book thought provoking and given the current crisis of trust with many brands and establishments, this helpful and timely book offers practical advice for business owners and brand guardians alike.
